Astrophyllite Sterling Silver Dangle Earrings - Handmade

These Astrophyllite beads are so different from any other stone that they are hard to describe. The closest description to offer is that they are a somewhat waxy green-black stone with mica-like flashes. This green form is the more rare version. The beads are cut in two shapes (one that I call a chiclet and the other a slightly thicker oval) that are links securely wire-wrapped in .935 Argentium sterling silver. The independent links have good movement, and the ovals are wrapped with extra wire accents. They are finished on handmade sterling silver earwires—coming in at about 2-1/2" long from top of the earwire.
